It could have been so much more...

Yes it loops perfectly to me, and it gives that feeling of tension. Although it could have been made longer (I say about 1 min. to 1 min. 30 sec.) by adding the first 10 seconds of this song to the end, and building the rest off of that.

Anyway, the vote is 3/5, and 7/10 stars.

Number7even responds:

Thanks for the review! Yes this loop is definately a song builder, and, to be honest, that's what I originally intended to do. I was feeling lazy and decided to make it into a little loop and viola! (the guitar is even a little bit off in a couple places, lol)

Just short of pure awesomeness.

No really, I would have loved this song so much more if it didn't cut off at the end. It'd be better if it had repeated 0:40-1:00 (just the piano) and finished strong with a piano solo. (just my 2 cents on this song).

Couldn't think of a summary.

Could be a little less repetitive. Other than that, it's a great song.

Great

Put together rather well, but the symbols are a bit too intense for me.

masterjiji responds:

-5 spelling. CYMBALS. bt yeah, ridonkulous percussion and brass is my jig.

Needs more

It still gets its feeling across rather well, but a little bland with there only being one instrument.

Shirase responds:

I wish I could do more, but I'm affraid I'm only good at piano.
Still, I'm glad to see you enjoyed it. Thanks a lot.

Epic

"The crews of sinking ship were fighting for their lives in the stormy sea. The captain was trying to control his ship but he failed. The ship was rolling upside down and swallowed everything on it. Only one man survived..."

You really captured that story in this song. It just gives me that feeling.

silencefreedom responds:

thanks mate :)

A battle theme for sure.

A rather good track. It's a bit short for my taste, but this is definitely replacing one of my battle themes in Oblivion. It does get a tad repetitive though and I hear nothing after 1:28.

popraz responds:

Thank you ! This wasn't one of the songs I put a lot of work in, but I'm glad you like it.

Awesome!

It's a great song. I know it's a demo, but the quality is a little low, and it's a tad repetitive. Anyway, you get a 9/10!

GamerXtreme responds:

Thanks for the review =)
I'm working on some stuff based on some themes from this song, kinda like a concept album, you know? And I know it's a bit repetitive... I'm still trying to master FL Studio 8! xD Anyways, thanks and Merry Christmas ^^

Love it.

It's great. Although you should listen to DundurMifflin, he's got some great points.

My only bit of advice is just to add more to the song; make it longer.

I think I hear Morrowind's theme song in there...

Anyway, this song needs a little more strength in the beginning. Not a lot, just a little. The ending is kind of weak as well, and there's a slight silence between 2:13 and 2:16. That's not good, there should have been a transition between the two.

All in all, it's a pretty good song, it just needs some work, but what am I to say? I haven't made any music submissions at all.

Raenath responds:

It sounds a bit more like Nerevar Rising, doesn't it? I've been looking for ways to improve my audio submissions, but I'm stuck waiting until I have the cash to get a better program. I'd rather actually pay for it.

I make crap, then force feed it to the internet! Maybe eventually it won't be crap and I won't have to force feed it. That'll be the day. I also dabble in Audacity to mix songs up in ways that sound mostly decent.
